 2,    Shenzhen Vega Mold Products Co.,Ltd(China Mould/China Plastic Mould/Tooling Maker)  was founded in 1997,The factory is situated in Baoan,of Shenzhen in southern China Guangdong Province,occupied an area of 2000sq.m. and employs 100 staffs and workers. We get ISO9001 certificate(Moody International) of quality control system in 2004.Our company consists of three major departments for plastic mould design, plastic mould  making and mould injection.


3, THE PLASTIC  MOULD MAKING DEPARTMENT
    This department is divided into two sections,i.e.the plastic mould design section and the processing workshop.the former employs 10 engineers and designers to proceed with the CAD-CAM using UG/PRO-E and MASTER CAM system for mold design and tooling. The workshop with about 60 workers is equipped with advanced machine tools such as EDM,CNC millers,Wire cut and precision lathes for mold making.Precision measuring instruments of projectors,digital microscope,Linear height measuring meter etc. are used for quality assurance.

4, THE PLASTIC INJECTION  DEPARTMENT.
    This department is epuipped with 12 sets plastic injection mould machines,ranging from 80 to 300 tons for the production of plastic parts such as cases of mobile phone ,car studio appliance,PDA,car DVD VCD,plastic gear,MP3,camera parts(weight of plastic parts less than 350gram) .Attached to this department are the shops of spray painting,silk screening for product finishing.
